My husband and I recently have had a lot of friends and family members ask us questions about our plant-based diet. Do we end up eating the same things over and over? How do we get proper nutrition? How do we know what to make? I created this blog so that friends and family who are interested in what we eat can find out a little more about it. My goal is to blog a few times a week about the meals we make, and provide link to the cookbooks, website, blogs or other resources that we use to guide our recipes and decisions.

I have no intention of becoming a professional blogger. I may experiment occasionally and make my own recipes, but I will primarily use other people’s recipes and will give full credit to all of them. Due to copyright issues, I can’t share the entire recipe unless there is already a public link on the web. I hope that by linking my readers to the experts I follow, they can also follow those experts.
